Chris Ma, CEO and Founder of Vantage LED, Inc., founded the company in 2003 to bring manufacturing back to the US. He positioned the company to be the industry leader and built a competitive advantage by addressing industry specific problems through innovative R&D, local manufacturing, and outstanding customer service.
What started with three employees has grown to over 80 employees and Chris knows how to incentivize those on his team. From a workout gym to a ping-pong room, from a meditation room to an employee ownership plan, Chris's energetic and unique management style yields maximum benefits for both employees and the company.
At the 2012 Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards, Chris Ma was awarded “Manufacturing” Entrepreneur, and to his surprise, the first ever awarded “Best of the Best” Entrepreneur Award conceived by Best Best Kreiger LLP and most recently served as a judge for the event.
